This Guyanese designer, based in Trinidad and Tobago, is making waves under the banner of Kerby Young Designs (KYD). After creating history last year as the first Caribbean designer to showcase at Swahili Fashion Week, Kerby returns with a collection titled "The Journey." This collection is a heartfelt reflection of his path from his early beginnings as a designer to his current moment of showcasing in Tanzania, Africa.

KYD’s garments and jewelry celebrate natural fabrics and traditional fabric treatment techniques, creating luxurious, easy-to-wear pieces that flow with the rhythm and colors of the Caribbean. Each piece in "The Journey" is a wearable story of Caribbean luxury and artistic heritage.
